Ice Hockey: Hockey Academy (Ages 4-18) Hockey Academy is designed for the Beginner to Intermediate level skater as well as beginner to Intermediate level house players. This program will teach players the necessary skills and techniques used in the game of hockey. Proper hockey positioning, forward/backward skating, passing, shooting, stick handling, hockey stops and fun and enjoyment of the sport. Participants will be divided on the ice according to skill. Some skating experience required. Participants receive free skate rental and helmet with facemask to use during class. Hockey sticks are required and a limited quantity are available for use during class. Wear long pants and gloves.
